Home Sweet Home # 80

Hello and welcome to Home Sweet Home!  This week my focus was on collectibles.  I have been a vintage collector for years.  I showed you some of my collections in my Monday post but for today I put together a Quick Clip of some of my favorite collectibles.
If you have trouble viewing this here is a link for hand held devices: Collectibles

Now I would like to highlight some of the posts that caught my eye last week.

Erika at Be Book Bound showed off her family home that had been remodeled.  The whole thing is gorgeous!  If you missed it pop over and check it out!

Jody and Stan of Rooted in Thyme painted some furniture for a beautiful outdoor space.

Tricia at The Little Cottage on the Pond had a "happy accident" painting this lovely watch cabinet.

Kristen at Sophia's Decor did a fabulous job with this faux fireplace.

The Country Farm Home did a fabulous job turning this dresser into a lovely sink base.
There are many great links each week!  Thank you to all who join me at Home Sweet Home!

 Sherry

I will join these ladies today:
Vintage Inspiration Friday at Common Ground
Feathered Nest Friday at French Country Cottage
Show and Tell Friday at My Romantic Home
Home and Garden Thursday  at A Delightsome Life
Creative Things Thursday  at The Vintage Farmhouse
Potpourri Friday at 2805
G'Day Saturday  at Natasha in Oz

Hello Sherry - collecting is such a joy - we treasure things that either were once treasures of another or were something of everyday use or value - love your old bottles - I have a few -actually dug one up in our garden - the house next door was once the home of the town's doctor and the site of some Civil War soldier's being taken care of during the war.
Great features and I do appreciate you sharing and hosting,
Have a wonderful day,
Kathy

Hi Sherry,

I LOVE your collectibles. Almost every single thing on that video are things that I enjoy collecting, too! You have some lovely things! It's interesting to see how many people like globes; I've always liked globes and old maps. :)
