Spring inspiration doesn't have to come in pastel colors. I'm most inspired by the crisp clean contrast of black and white and I'm mixing it up for a spring combo.
This china is of the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew.
Eddie Ross is just announcing the launch of Celerie Kemble's new book Black & White (and a bit in between). He posted some great images from the book. Some pics are even Eddie and Jaithan's own home.
Are these images some beautiful black & white eye candy?

I've got black and cream fabrics in our rust colored kitchen and I love it. I'd love to find some black and cream transferware dishes to hang on the walls. Your photos are stunning!
I absolutely love your Kew Gardens china. A favorite place of mine. And the photos are lovely...right down to the black & white Wedgwood jasperware! Wonderful!

Oh yes, they're beautiful! That's one of my favorite color combos. I have it in my kitchen now. At the moment, I'm accenting it with red, but it's so versatile that I can change the little pop of color, and I give it a whole new look. LOVE it.
those colors are beautiful together, & that book is perfect eye candy lol!

So pretty Sherry! I love your mod podged eggs. I just did some last night using the better homes and gardens magazine. I only did two though, they were quite tedious!
Sherry, you know my love of black and white, but add in that punch of yellow (or sometimes red) and my heart really sings. These are beautiful images. ~ Sarah
