This is why I love summer. Recipes this easy. Food this fresh and the name...Calypso. Who wouldn't love the name.
I cannot remember the source of this recipe. It was a superfood style book, but I can't remember which one.
Calypso-Berry Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped papaya
1 cup chopped mango
1 cup sliced banana
1 1/2 TBSP sloe gin
1 TBSP lime juice
Place all ingredients in bowl and toss.
Serves 6-8
Enjoy!
