Happy Hanukkah

Happy Hanukkah: The Charm of Home
I will be taking the next 8 days off in observance of Hanukkah. The Lord has shown me he would like me to do this. Anyone can observe Hanukkah. This is my menorah. I just made it out of tea lights. The Lord's feast days and holidays are all listed in the Bible. I find Hebrew for Christians a really helpful site. The Lord is very pleased when we follow his calendar and holidays. The Home Sweet Home party will be back on Dec. 21st. I am not a Messianic Jew. I just follow the teachings given to me by Jesus. The Lord really is helping me write this blog. There is no way I could read the Bible one time through and come up with any of this. Have a wonderful next week and I will be back on the 21st with the Christmas Home Sweet Home linkup!

All glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ,
Sherry

Happy Hanukkah, Sherry! I have some Jewish relatives so I understand the significance of the holiday. Have a Blessed Holiday!

What a wonderful idea! We have a menorah but have never lit it. I would love to hear how it all went over the eight days.

Happy Hanukkah Sherry! Taking part in the Old Testament traditions makes the Bible so meaningful doesn't it? Warm Christmas wishes too.
