Shells, I love to use them to decorate. There is no better way to evoke the summer atmosphere of the beach and vacation than to use shells.
Here some of the dishes are shell shaped and shells are on top of the cabinet.
Using them in the bath creates a "take me away" feel.
They even look great tucked down inside a lantern.
Do you love sea shells too?

Oh yes! I love sea shells. Your collection is beautiful! I am originally from Miami, Florida and every summer, when we go visit my parents, we go shelling and beach combing. If you love to collect them, take a trip to Sanibel & Captiva Island in Florida. It is so beautiful there and the shells are amazing! We have found some beautiful ones and my daughter even has a shark tooth!

You have so many great ideas! I have a few starfish here and there...that's it!

I love seeing your shell collection
You've given me inspiration - especially love the shells in the bathroom - so pretty!
Love your sea shell decorations, and that plate setting of white dishes is so fresh and pure, very romantic...
Love your summer, beachy decor!
I have always loved sea shells. Have jars full of shells I picked from the beaches in California when I was a girl.
Hi Sherry, I love shells but I'm never sure how to incorporate them into a mountain desert farmhouse style cottage without looking oddly beachy. Your charming photos have given me lots of ideas, and I'll keep a lookout for some now. Thanks! So pretty!
I love to decorate with shells, too. I have a lot that I have collected over the years....including a trip to Sanibel Island when I was a girl. Yours look so pretty on the different plates.
Bonjour chère amie,
La présence des coquillages apporte une très belle atmosphère.
Vos photos sont très belles.
Gros bisous ☼
Your shells are "beachy-keen!" I love them, to....for all the same reasons. :)
Living so far away from the ocean I have never really decorated much with shells. Had fun using them this year. Love all of your beautiful shell displays!
hugs,
Jann
