June is the Month of Roses

June is when the rose come into full bloom around here.

Here is a picture of the garden from last year and below is this year.  The roses have gotten quite a bit bigger.  They have been loaded with blooms spilling petals everywhere.

I don't have the name of these varieties of roses.  They are really pretty.  Have you got any roses blooming in June?

What a lovely post to see today, Sherry! My lone rose bush has started blooming and I've got all the stages going on with it now ~ from buds to blooms. I planted it last summer and hoped after the horrible winter we had that it would come back okay. After some pruning up early last month, it made me feel good to see it's green shoots and leaves {and not the blooms!}.

Hello, I love Roses!!
I have had so much fun taking my camera and trying to get some photos of wildflowers in the mountains.
I will not be doing the Link Up as I want the freedom to blog and post and write to enjoy and no pressures. But I may just do a surprise Link Ups with a theme. (Roses) hint hint...

I absolutely love roses! Yours are gorgeous, love the bright pink color! Yes I have a few, my favorite is a hardy old fashioned shrub rose called Hansa. It has dark pink blooms.

Oh Sherry, that 4th photo down is absolutely stunning! I feel as if I could reach out and touch the petals. You are such a talented photographer!

Your roses are just beautiful!! Wow. I always admire people that can garden and know so much about how to make flowers thrive. I just did a little post on my organic vegetable garden and my little flower pots that I put together for the first time this year. I LOVE that white table cloth. It's so pretty. Have a great week, Sherry! ~ Jamie

We don't have any rose bushes in our yard, Sherry. Your lovely photos have me asking myself why not? Hmmm. I may need to hit the garden center!

I love roses too but the humidity here does take its toll on them in summer so I don't try to grow them. I will have to admire yours from afar!

Thanks so much for linking up to the Say G'day Saturday linky party. Hope you can join us again this weekend!

Best wishes,
