I have seen this "flower arrangement" before and have always wanted to try it. The ferns are still really pretty and I decided to give it a try.
It is something that is so simple and charming with the vintage bottles. I washed the window and then pushed the screen up for these shots and then I went back to the window after checking the pictures on the computer and I accused my 7 year-old of opening the window. Amazing how clean the window was, it didn't even look like it was there! Note to self: put cleaning the rest of the windows on the to do list this week!

Pretty indeed. Don't think you can ever go wrong with fern fronds. Great bottles too.
That's so simple and lovely! Happen to have some ferns growing in the backyard which would be perfect for that. Of course, I have dinky windowsills...
So fresh and clean looking, Love it! I wonder if they will root?

What a great look!...so simple and fresh!....I love all your vintage bottles..
This is beautiful -- I love the simplicity of the clear bottles and the single fern in each! I will be copying this for sure and give you the credit for the idea! LOL about the windows -- we just got new tilt-in style windows last year so now I have no excuse for them being dirty . . . but, they still are!
*very* charming! Love the vintage bottles!
I always love little jars in windows. Normally I see them with flowers, so I like your more unexpected ferns. Thanks for dropping by Your Cozy Home Party this week!
Featured this on my blog this week -- I copied you :)
