Pansy Tea

A sweet little tea in the garden today inspired by the pansies in bloom right now.

A pair of pansy tea cups fit the theme.  I will  share the recipe for that Oreo Cheesecake tomorrow.

These cups were made by Gracie china.  They remind me of some I have seen by Royal Albert.

A shy little violet was actually in bloom right under this table I sat up outside today.

Loved the pretty china. I must make more effort to use the china I have instead of mugs. It makes it special when you take trouble with the china etc! Thanks for making me rethink what I do. Your blog is well named! best wishes. Joan

What a lovely post! Hubby gave me my first Gracie Teacup for Easter, and I am embroidering some pansies. You have both combined together!

I really love those tea cups. I have a huge fondness for pansies and violets and the like, but I don't have a single pretty thing like that.
