For the Love of the South

There are some beautiful cities to visit for the courtyards,...

the horse drawn carriages,...

the Spanish moss,...

the old southern oaks,...

the well manicured gardens,...

the historical places,...

the statues,...

and the gracious old southern homes with the magnolias blooming.  All in St. Augustine, FL.
Thanks for indulging me in sharing my vacation pictures.

I knew I'd seen some of those places! You make me want to go back. Both times we have gone in recent years it has been so hot we couldn't really enjoy it. It is an amazing city and your pictures are wonderful.

It looks so beautiful! My parents stopped in St. Augustine on their way home from Florida and said that it was such a wonderful city.

Came over from Wow us Weds. Love the court yards. I had never seen moss growing like that until we visited the Carolinas a couple of years ago. I couldn't get enough of it. I am truly a moss lover.

Beautiful photos. I love living in the South, I don't think a lot of people from other parts of the country know how beautiful it is. Of course we have our quirky southern stuff too- but I think it just adds to our charm.
