Tea Accessories

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
I thought I would show you a few tea accessories.  I have a few but, I really want to show off my beautifully made tea cozies.

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
I have a sweet, sweet reader Roxy of Living From Glory to Glory.  Roxy sent me these wonderful hand made tea cozies.  This pink one has roses and tea cups scattered all over it and it is edged in a romantic lace.  Thank you very much Roxy for the sweet gift of these tea cozies.  I can see the love and care you put into them.  They are truly beautiful.

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
She also made me this green striped tea cozy also edged in lace.

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
They are both lined with flannel and fleece fabric to keep the tea nice and warm in its pot. How do you like my manicure? I am trying out a new nail color for Christmas.

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
I have one tea spoon.  They are really smaller than other spoons.  They are just big enough to stir a serving of sugar into your tea.  I also have one over the cup tea strainer shaped like a tea pot.

Tea Accessories: The Charm of Home
I have two tea tins a blue oriental patterned one and this British flag tin with the "Keep Calm" motto on it.

Brambly Hedge: The Charm of Home
I have placed my Brambly Hedge Autumn tea set in these pictures just to have a reason to photograph it.  It is made by Royal Doulton; I was so happy to find it at a thrift store last year.

Brambly Hedge: The Charm of Home
The saucer.

Brambly Hedge: The Charm of Home
The dessert plate.

And this luncheon size plate which is exactly like the dessert plate.
Thank you again to Roxy for the tea cozies.  Visit her at Living From Glory to Glory, she is a wonderful lady.

Dear Sherry, Thanks so much for the lovely feature! You just enjoy those tea cozy's and it looks like they will get some good use with winter just around the corner! I always enjoy your post!
Tea is really all about the gentle way it is served with love and ceremony; even if it's for only one!
Lovely my dear! Roxy

Hi Sherry,
Love your tea cozies; especially the pink one! What a sweet and thoughtful gift from Roxy. Your Brambly Hedge is always a hit with me as you already know. Perfect for this time of year and your little tea spoons are so cute. I have my mother's which came with the set of silverware that was a wedding present from my grandparents when my mom and dad got married. I am so thankful to have them and I use them a lot. It's fun collecting tea things, isn't it? Thanks for sharing and joining me for tea. Enjoy your week.

Blessings,
Sandi

Your tea cozies are wonderful for these cold days (it is snowing here in Colorado). I am so glad you shared them and also showing the insides of how they are made. I like the type you draw up around the teapot too as well as your dome ones!

So sweet of Roxy to make you those lovely tea cozies. I always use one to keep my tea piping hot. The brambly hedge china is so charming, and perfect for fall.

I love your Brambly Hedge china! They are so delicate. And the tea cozies are really great in winter when the teapot gets cold a little too fast!

Bonjour,

Gros bisous ☂
