3 Ingredient No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Do you love the flavor of homemade ice cream but, you're not one to drag the ice cream churn out?  That's me and I have long wanted to try a no-churn recipe.  This week I was reorganizing my Pinterest files and I came upon this recipe and it is fantastic!  First of all you only need three ingredients!

Ingredients:
14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Place all ingredients in a large bowl of a stand mixer.  Using a whisk attachment beat on high speed for 3-5 minutes, until it stands in stiff peaks.  Transfer the ice cream into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 8 hours.  Will keep for up to two weeks.
Yield: 12 servings
Recipe Source: Woman's Day

The whipping cream creates the texture of a soft serve ice cream.  This is right before I froze it.
Here it is after two days in the freezer.  The texture is just like ice cream.  It is almost all gone.  The children liked it better than store bought and they felt it tasted just like ice cream.
