I have borrowed my Mother's snowflake teapot to celebrate winter with a winter white tea. My tea cup is by Wedgewood the pattern is Embossed Queensware.
In honor of Rose Chintz Cottage's 4th blogging anniversary I have added roses to my tea table.
Thank you to all who commented in my tea post last week that you would enjoy some gluten free recipes. I will add more of them this year and I will continue to make the regular recipes too. Today my tea is gluten free with my Bosc pear. This is one of my favorite snacks when in season. After giving sugar up for good, I eat a pear and it tastes so sweet! The teapot, sugar, and creamer were from Cracker Barrel.

Beautiful, Sherry. I've long admired Wedgewood Embossed Queensware. In fact, I had lunch at a friend's home today, and we ate off of plates in this beautiful pattern.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty tea set...perfect for cold January and February days! And the pear looks like a great idea for your sweet tooth when you don't want to have that cookie!

The teapot is lovely and would match my snowflake dishes. The winter white teacup ties in nicely as do the added roses.
