I don't actually have lavender tea in my mug but, the tea set has lavender on it. I wanted to show this tea set off because my lavender was blooming again.
Now my cookies do have lavender in them. I will tell you how I made them tomorrow.

Bonjour,
Gros bisous
Hi Sherry: Love your lavender tea cup. Always a pleasure to the eyes when I visit you. Have a wonderful week. Blessings, Martha
ReplyDeleteYour lavender tea set is lovely Sherry! Lavender is one of my favorite garden flowers and is so comforting to me. Will be looking forward to your lavender cookie recipe!
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love it when the lavender plant has a surprise 2nd blooming?
Blessings, Edie Marie
Hello Sherry,
ReplyDeleteYour lavender tea pot is lovely! I am sure the tea cup is too. The coloring is really good with the greens and golds complimenting the shades of lavender.
I have never had lavender cookies and have always meant to bake some. I look forward to hearing how you made them.
Thank you for sharing your tea with us : )
Hugs,
Terri
I love your lavender china, so different from the teapot I have with lavender on it. I'm guessing that is lavender shortbread to have with tea, I'd love to join you.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful lavender tea set! I love lavender and use it in my homemade vegan soaps. I've always thought it would be fun to have a whole field of lavender, but that won't happen in our Zone 3/4. :-( So I plant a couple plants each year and enjoy them during late summer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling tea vignette with lavender! All the tea lovers are drooling over this sweet vignette! Thanks for sharing at Tea In The Garden.
ReplyDeleteHi Sherry,
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty lavender tea set! I knew Judith would love it. The cookies look delicious. Would love to join you for a cookie and some tea. Thank you for coming to Tea Time.
Blessings,
Sandi
Beautiful set, I love the sweet colors...Christine
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty tea set. Love the fresh lavender set with the china and cookie!
ReplyDeleteI love everything about lavender! I wish I could get mine to bloom twice, especially since I left it on the plant too long and it got totally dried and yucky so all it's good for is sachets.
ReplyDeleteI will look for your recipe. Mine is starting it's 2nd bloom too.
ReplyDeleteI love your lavender teapot Sherry and your setting is also lovely. I love lavender and I will look for your recipe too. Congrats on the feature at Common Ground! Hugs,
ReplyDeleteFABBY
Hello Sherry, your lavender teapot is wonderful! I would LOVE some lavender shortbread! Heavenly! I am delighted that you shared with A Return to Loveliness,

Hi Sherry, your lavender tea set is gorgeous! I lost some of my Lavender plants this year, but I got a nice bunch off of my one. I noticed that it had a few new blooms the other day. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
