Beachy Table

It is time to set up a table in the garden.  Let's take ourselves to the beach even if we live miles away.

Are you getting outside?  I have been reading study after study this week that going outside improves your health across the board.  Take a vacation in your back yard!

  6. I love the subtle colors you used with the shells and the lighting. I was just on my front porch, sipping a glass of wine and watching the sun set. Albeit through houses, trees and telephone wires. But still, grateful for a home . . .even if it is in the city and not on the ocean -- LOL
