Hello and welcome to Home Sweet Home! Today I am showing off a thrifty find. I found this little ironstone teapot at the thrift store several months ago for $5. But, I always wait until things get marked down half price and this week I bought it for $2.50! I really like the style of it. It is vintage but not an antique. It was in great shape.
I thought it would be a great addition to my ironstone collection in the pie safe. Most of these dishes are not old but, bought at TJ Maxx many of them mismatched and on clearance. Have you been adding to a collection frugally?
Now,
I would like to highlight some of the posts that caught my eye last
week at Home Sweet Home.
Cindy at Beaux R'eves showed off a great daybed they made and the newly stained concrete in her patio space.
Lauren at Wonderfully Made showed off a fantastic memo board she made out of an old window frame.
Terry at Forever Decorating showed off her newly remodeled mud room.
Grete at Herman Grans showed off her newly remodeled bath that was beautiful.
Many great links each week! Thank
you to all who join me at Home Sweet Home! It is wonderful to have
you here.
