Hello and welcome to Home Sweet Home! I am channeling a little "April in Paris" theme today.
It is more about the centerpiece than the whole table today.
But, everyone (all male) in the house agrees, they like these French map plates. The plates were from TJ Maxx two years ago. They are made by 3-G Imports.
Now I would like to highlight some of the posts that caught my eye last week at Home Sweet Home.
Rosemary at Villabarnes showed us how she used vintage post cards and turned them into art.
Judy at French Laundry showed us a number of ways to use vintage wallpaper.
Rosewalk Cottage showed off one of the prettiest spring flowering shrubs, spirea.
Sarah at Hyacinths for the Soul showed off her pretty Mackenzie-Childs Easter table.
Thank you to all who join me at Home Sweet Home! It is wonderful to have you here!

Hi Sherry! Your comment made my day! I have been watching that exact version of Pride and Prejudice over and over again for inspiration for my window display! Saying that my cupboard reminded you of finishes seen on furniture in the movie is the best compliment you could have given me! Thank you!!! And thank you for hosting your lovely party each week!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes and blessings,
Amanda

ReplyDeleteSherry I love your standouts. And your April in Paris theme takes me away to France again. Your french map plates really caught my eye. Oh the conversations and stories they would bring to mind. They make a delightful table!! And Sarahs Easter table is just so charming. I love MacKensie Childs anyway and she did a beautiful table with it. Truly lovely. Thanks for hosting another wonderful linky party. Its always so much fun to be a part of it. Hoping to get to many of the contributors. Such creative people!!

Thank you for hosting this great party every week . I think I have never seen a plate with a map of Paris before; so interesting , indeed.
ReplyDeleteSherry, I'm so glad to be able to link with your party this week. You're making me want to return to Paris and be able to see the Eiffel up close. First time we visited Paris, a hailstorm kept us on the bus. Love your map plates, too.
