Celebrating Spring

I am happy to join Kathy at her blog A Delightsome Life to celebrate spring in the style of Victoria magazine.

How do you celebrate spring?
I pick the first flowers that have bloomed in my yard and throw in some herbs and store bought pansies.

And I open the windows.  How wonderful the breeze is.

I love an open window with a spring/summer breeze making the lace curtain flow as if dancing..I had a great day on Sunday to do this, but today we are back to the snow! Which I must say is setting a beautiful sight to see!

  9. Sherry, your photos absolutely entranced me! Unfortunately we celebrated spring here today with snow! Yuck! I did plant primroses on Sat. I have always done pansies in the fall and didn't get them in this year. I can't wait to see how they do.

  13. Oh how I wish I could open the windows right now. If I did, the INSIDE of the house would be a yellow as the outside.

Spring inn southeast GA is pollen season. It's dusty enough around here. LOL

    Love your touch of spring!

  18. Dear Sherry,
Me too! I love filling my home with fresh spring flowers! I just picked some Iris, Japanese rose, Winter Jasmine, rosemary, vinca and ivy for an arrangement - I can't get away from bright yellow and purple in spring! Just like the lovely colors in your arrangement!
