I'm having a little tea and looking at this old Valentine someone once gave to a sweetheart.
The tea cup is Mikasa pattern English Countryside.
I am opening my giveaway win from Debra at Common Ground. Debra is a very talented lady who held a January giveaway and I was a lucky winner. Go and visit her lovely blog.
Debra makes these lovely necklaces and sells them in her Etsy shop.
The little bluebird charm was as pretty on the front as the back.
Debra also gave away this really special journal. Makes me want to start journaling the old fashion way.
Before you go let me share this old valentine with you.
There is no distance Love
cannot span,
Love knows no limits since
earth began.
There is a name I love to hear,
And every day it grows more dear,
No music has so sweet a tone,
It has a fragrance all it's own,
How oft I breathe and write and spell it!
But only you shall make me tell it.
How oft I breathe and write and spell it!
But only you shall make me tell it.
Happy Valentine's Day!
