In the Garden...

Happy Memorial Day: The Charm of Home
Happy Memorial Day here in the states!  I have been in the garden a lot for the last two weeks.  It finally stopped raining here.  You can see my white begonia has yellow leaves and and is looking a little wonky. I am giving it a chance though, I think it will come out of it's altered state.

In the Garden: The Charm of Home
I am loving my hidden garden path behind my one flower bed.   I paused here with my cup of tea for a picture.

In the Garden: The Charm of Home
My little teacup is by Johnson Brothers and the pattern is "Strawberry Fair," so fitting since it is strawberry season.  Have you been gardening?  I love to finally get outside everyday and use the back yard like an outdoor room to my house.  This year I am taking companion planting to a whole new level.  I will share some pictures if it turns out like I am picturing.  I can't wait to see it grow.  Have a wonderful start to your summer season!

That is a sweet teacup, Sherry. I'm sure your garden is looking wonderful. I have only one little heart shaped garden at the top of our driveway. Hubby tends to that because I have back problems. I wish I could get into though because it often needs to be weeded and my poor hubby doesn't always have the time. Happy Memorial Day, my friend, and thank you for sharing.

Blessings,
Sandi

I love that pattern Sherry! Our organic farm nearby just sent us an email that the strawberries are in, so guess where we are going tomorrow! What a serene setting for tea. Love it! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

Happy Memorial Day, Sherry! What a sweet teacup! I saw a strawberry teapot the other day and now I'm kind of wishing that I brought it home.

Dear Sherry:
I love the time spent in the garden. I've done that almost everyday trying to race ahead of what I know will be a hot summer. I say this as the air conditioning just kicked in a minute ago! I love your sweet teacup in the garden Sherry! I think your secret garden path sounds divine! Thanks for sharing and linking.

Sherry,
Small hidden paths in gardens are so intriguing. Your teacup looks right at home there.
