Along the Garden Path....

source: bhg.com via Sherry on Pinterest

I have been dreaming lately of my garden, with no lack of inspiration over at Pinterest.  The pins I am sharing today are a visual laundry list of things I would love to accomplish/try in my garden this year.    Above, it would be nice to create a little path somewhere....

I would like to use my galvanized containers this year.  Thanks to my Grandparents, I now have four!

I have created a little romantic border like this by my fence.  This will be the first year to see it bloomed out.

Hubs has started on a 12x12 concrete square patio.  Ours isn't this pretty, but it is coming along.  I really like how dramatic little 12x12 concrete pavers can be.

And...last but not least I would love to see the roses take off spilling all over the border.  I would also love to add a David Austin rose.  This rose is 'Glamis Castle' by David Austin.

What are your gardening goals this year?

I would like to add some David Austin roses too--the one you chose is so pretty! And the little fairy basket is adorable. Thanks for bringing them to our attention! Linda

Well, I can highly recommend the David Austins! I love mine. As for other goals, we are hoping to spend more time in our own garden during the summer. Last year we were traveling quite a bit then. No complaints but home is best, isn't it? – g

I would love to grow a climbing rose up a trellis as an entry into my vegetable garden. That would be a terrific addition to my garden. Love your inspirations.

Dear Sherry,
This was a nice surprise :)
Thank you for finding my little fairy basket so delightful. I have been collecting building materials that have been laying on earths floor to build additional houses through my gardens this coming season. Fairies have invaded my property and I must say they are so delightful to have around! LOL!

Such lovely garden pictures. Love the one of flowers in galvanized containers, Out this way that means I could leave them out all leave and not have to worry about them cracking in winter (always a good thing). I love gardening, and as I walked up the stairs to day, and the weather being so great I thought tomorrow I would head out to rake! Thanks for sharing your creative inspiration at Sunday's Best Par.tay!
