Little Women and Tea

image source: scanned Victoria, Dec. 1994
One of the movies I love to get out and watch at Christmas is Little Women.  This 1994 version is the one I watch.  Victoria magazine noted the film with this small article when the movie came out.

And of course there are a few tea scenes in this movie.  Here is a screen capture of just one.  This scene is taking place with tea being served by Mrs. March when she has been called upon by Aunt March.

So, to celebrate the tea scenes in Little Women I created a little tea too.

If the rest of your week is busy, Merry Christmas!  Thanks for joining me for tea here at the Charm of Home.

Sherry, Thanks so much for the cup of tea and the look at Little Women in Victoria magazine. I saved a lot of my old Victorias, too. Thanks for sharing the article and reminder of a simpler time. I'm checking to see if Little Women might be on tv during the holidays. Merry Christmas!

I love watching this movie at this time of year too. My favorite part?....when they are singing as they walk down the lane with the tea pot and food.

Hello Sherry
This is a favourite movie of mine too and I bought a DVD of this 1994 version. I showed it to our two youngest granddaughters and they loved it. As a special gift we also went to see Little Women at a local theatre and enjoyed it very much.
Your tea is lovely and thanks for sharing about the movie in Victoria.
