2nd Time Around Tuesday

I am joining Diane today at A Picture is Worth a 1,000 Words  for 2nd Time Around Tuesday.   Join her by clicking on the link to see what fantastic treasures all the participants come up with.  I went into a local thrift shop two weeks ago and found a lovely coffee/tea set for a really wonderful marked down price.

I had been admiring the set for a few months, but didn't bother to consider purchasing it till it was marked down.  I don't know anything about silver, but it was marked Sheridan EPS and that was all.  No emblems or crest, just the word Sheridan.  I just polished it and that really makes it look nice.

Here is the detail of the flower on the foot.

Here is the detail on the spout.
I believe it is vintage and it seems to be in really good condition.
Thanks for viewing my 2nd time around treasure and please join Diane for all the other great finds.

I think it's beautiful... and as long as you love it, it doesn't matter if it's vintage or not... I love silver tea sets... old and new!

It's beautiful! Isn't it nice that people are giving away grandma's silver so that we thrifters can take it home to love?! lol Happy week!...Debbie

I also have a silver set, but can't really find the right way to display it in my home - really frustrating!
